This video was created with found 8mm film and found reel-2-reel audio tape. The film was in the bottom of a projector box purchased at a flea market. It's a typical 1950's 'girlie' film - mostly single women pictured nude or semi-nude performing every day acts such as rolling a cigarette or standing on a front porch. All the women are white and buxom - as one would expect to find in film and magazines of that nature in that era. On the audio tape, two couples singing to piano accompaniment. It is obvious that the couples are friends and are, perhaps, enjoying a Saturday night entertaining themselves singing, laughing and drinking. I am not familiar with any of the songs and have found no record of these songs.

I remastered found film and audio footage. The juxtaposition between the visuals and audio has the viewer asking who are those we fall in love with and what are our expectations.
